TERMS & CONDITIONS

  1. We operate by appointment only so please ensure that you have an agreed booking confirmation before dropping off your racket. ​​
     
  2. Cracked/broken frames cannot be accepted. All rackets are visually inspected for structural integrity before commencing stringing; if structural damage is identified at any point then the service will cease and the customer will be advised and asked to collect.

  3. Every effort is made to protect your frame during the stringing process, but rackets cannot be guaranteed during the re-stringing service. Visible and ‘out of sight’ stresses and fractures can generate during use, which can substantially affect the integrity of the racket structure.

    Therefore we can't accept liability for cracks in the frame, including any that may be amplified during the re-stringing process.
     
  4. We will only string within the racket & string manufacturer’s recommended tension range.
           ​
  5. Payment to be made before or upon collecting your racket, via cash or bank transfer.

    Note we don't accept credit or debit card payments.                                                                                                                                                             
  6. Please ensure you read the above carefully, and by dropping off your racket for re-stringing you are agreeing to our T&Cs.
