Thank you for choosing Leeds Racket Stringing for your racket. We aim to take the greatest care of your racket whilst in our possession and make your re-stringing process easy, clear, and convenient.

1. What We Need From You

​

• Racket Drop-Off: Once you have a confirmed booking, please try and stick to this time slot. 

• Stringing details: Please tell us your preferred tension, preferences and any other relevant additional info.

• Timely collection: We'll let you know once your racket is ready, please try and collect it within the agreed timeframe.

2. Damage & Breakage  

​

• Pre‑existing damage: Frames with cracks or below surface weaknesses may fail during stringing. We handle all rackets extremely carefully but cannot accept responsibility for frame damage caused by issues that were already present or amplified by the stringing process.​

• String breakage: Strings can break early due to mishits, tension choices, or racket condition. We cannot guarantee string lifespan.

3. Turnaround Times

• Estimated timing: We’ll give you an estimated completion time. Most jobs are quick, but occasionally things take longer!​

4. Pricing & Payment

​

• Clear pricing: Prices for strings, labour, and services are listed on our site and provided with your booking confirmation.

• Payment on collection: Full payment is due prior to or when you pick up your racket.

5. Workmanship & Satisfaction

​

• Workmanship guarantee: If you believe something is wrong with the stringing, please let us know within 7 days. We’re friendly and always happy to help.

• No refunds: If we believe there has been a flaw in the re-stringing process, or with our string, then we will offer to re-string free of charge.

6. Changing or Cancelling Your Order

​

• Making changes: You can request changes before stringing begins.

• Cancellations: Once stringing has started, cancellations may be charged at full price.

7. Your Contact Information

​

Data handling: We only store the contact details needed to update you about your racket. We may contact you pre and post stringing but never share your information with third parties.
